Heavy-duty furniture rack column is made from good quality cold-rolled steel of C-C profile or structural H-type steel providing different load capacities. The holes on the columns can be customized to verified shapes and distances for arms fixing and adjusting. Cantilever rack arms have different lengths and thicknesses for specific storage demands.
With a specialized rotation-proof design, arms can maintain their position with rigidity. Made from steel sheets, welded or bolted rack bases can be configured as single-sided or double-sided bearing the weight from the top, then distributing that to the ground. More importantly, diagonal bracing and horizontal bracing connect columns along the storage system for structural stability and rigidity.
