Push-back Racking Structure
To load the system, the forklift will place the pallet loads on a series of inclined cart systems that fit the system perfectly. Carts with wheels can be welded or assembled on the racks for fast picking and storing. The second pallet will push the first one back into the system, leaving the next cart available for subsequent loading.
To unload the structure, the front pallet will be removed, next carts will move into the picking aisle one by one fed by gravity. Obviously, push back racking system obeys Last-in/First-out sequence, that is, the last stored products will be the first to be picked. So high volume products and each item with limited pallets that require fast turnover are perfectly adapted to push-back storage systems.
