Customizable Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking System for High Bay Warehouse
Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking (VNA) is a variation of the standard adjustable pallet racking system, compressed into a small area. This creates a high-density storage system, allowing the storage capacity of the warehouse to be increased without the need for additional space.
The very narrow aisle pallet racking makes optimum use of floor area and roof height, providing high-density storage, 100% accessibility and good stock turnover. The pallet racks can be placed very tightly as they are loaded and unloaded using a side-loading forklift truck. This makes for very narrow aisles and ensures efficient use of space. With very narrow aisle pallet racking, stock rotation and access is not compromised and the amount of product stored in the warehouse is maximized.

Advantages of Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
Typically, a very narrow aisle pallet racking system offers 45% more floor space and up to twice the stacking height of a wide aisle solution. In addition, not only does very narrow aisle racking increase the use of vertical space for pallet storage, but it maintains the advantage of selective racking, ensuring 100% selectivity.
Aisle floor guidance is mandatory and design interfaces between the individual systems are required. As forklifts are guided in the aisles, the risk of damage is minimized, thus reducing maintenance costs. Very flat floors, close tolerance racking, evenly dimensioned pallets and stock positioning systems are necessary for a successful narrow aisle system.
Specialized high-lift fork rotary material handling equipment operates in very narrow aisles, providing high-density and individual pallet access. Very flat floors, tight tolerance racking, evenly dimensioned pallets, and stock positioning systems are all prerequisites for a successful narrow aisle system.
