Heavy Duty Warehouse Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking System for Industrial Storage
Narrow aisle racking is a space-efficient pallet storage system. It enables companies to achieve greater storage capacity in their warehouses and is perfect for areas with limited floor space, while enabling efficient access to each pallet for picking, handling or retrieval.
Very Narrow Aisle Racking (VNA) is a system where the racks are installed in a configuration that places each row of racks as close together as possible, while still allowing easy access to each pallet. The aisles between each row of racking are designed to be as small as possible, which means that the racking can be placed on the largest possible floor surface for highly dense and space-efficient pallet storage.

How Does Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking Work?
By allowing forklift trucks to operate in aisles half the width required for conventional adjustable beam pallet racking, narrow aisle racking means that more space is available for racking and storage. IRONSTONE's narrow aisle racking also maximizes the height at which goods can be stacked.
This combination of full-height and closely spaced rows makes good use of the space available in the facility. Narrow aisle racking works well on good quality, flat warehouse floors that are on a solid substrate to withstand heavy traffic.
Benefits Of Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking System:
Very narrow aisle racking, offers benefits mainly related to increased storage density and efficiency, so they are particularly beneficial to companies wishing to achieve high productivity levels in limited floor space.
Narrow Aisle Forklifts & Handling
Narrow aisle racking systems often require the use of specialized forklifts which require less working space than standard counterbalance forklifts. However, the additional investment that narrow aisle forklifts may require to improve storage and picking rates can often be recouped and can be achieved.
