Automatic Pallet Storage Radio Shuttle Racking System with High Productivity
Pallet Storage Radio Shuttle Racking System is a semi or fully-automated storage solution for handling goods in the aisle, similar to the Drive-In system. The pallet shuttle system eliminates the need for forklift access to the loading area and therefore provides a cost-effective and time-saving solution.
It is a high-density pallet storage system making it easier to load and unload goods thanks to a motorized wagon called the Pallet Shuttle. The system uses the shuttle to move independently inside the rack, meaning that the forklift does not need to reach the inside of the storage aisle.

With an independently charged radio shuttle, the pallets can be run on rails under manual radio control. The shuttle can reach underneath the pallet, drive the goods deeper into the pallet and lift the goods off the rails to the front goods exit.
A forklift truck can unload the goods from the rails or transfer them to another rail. One forklift truck can match all the radio shuttles in most cases, taking into account factors such as length and number of aisles. With an average space utilization of 90%, the radio shuttle system meets the needs of single categories and large volumes.
