Wire mesh decking improves lighting and cooling in a warehouse and allows for quick visual inventory inspections. Strong, safe, and hygienic open wire mesh design with welded reinforcement wires is ideal for your bulk storage environment as well as full pallet loads. Because the shelves don't collect dust or other detritus, the workspace is more inviting.
To construct one of the three wire grid decking styles that match the three types of beams: Step beam, Box beam, and Structural beam, choose from our flat decking, Flare decking, Invert channel, U channel, or Waterfall style decking.
Process and Structure
The main raw materials used to make galvanized wire decking are welding wire and reinforcement bars. For welding, iron wire with a diameter of 3-6mm is utilized. The welding wires are connected using spot welding or torch welding. The gap between the two welding wires and the change in welding wire diameter will affect how the grid laminate bears.
Instead of flattening the iron bars at either end of the American grid lamination, a particular area is designated. An iron bar with a U-shaped curvature serves as the reinforcing bar. The normal grid lamination will have iron bars flattened at both ends, and the thickness and quantity will affect the bearing. The welding wire, which can act as both a support and a fixation at the same time, is often fused beneath the stiffener.
