Industrial Drive In And Drive-Through Pallet Rack
Drive-in pallet rack is a system of high-density storage, which is suitable for storage sample less, batch operation, and less selective products. This system is designed for last-in, first-out (LIFO) inventory management.
It needs to put the products on the pallet and store them one by one on the supported rail according to the direction of the rail. The forklift can drive into the tunnel to deposit and withdraw the products directly, which is quite convenient.
There is a similarity between the drive-in rack and the drive-through rack, the difference is in the drive-through system, there are two entrances for forklifts to enter while the drive-in rack only has one. Last-in, first-out (LIFO) and first-in, first-out (FIFO) system are both applied in drive-through pallet rack system, which is more convenient compared with single model.

Advantages
The type of pallet rack uses a channel as the storage medium, which saves the aisle space of each row of racks, increases the storage density, and space utilization rate and saves the storage space of the warehouse.
High-density storage means that under the same space scale, this pallet rack can store more cargoes, which saving more investment costs for enterprises and achieves better storage benefits.
Drive-in rack system adopts fully assembled structure, which is easy to disassemble, transport, adjust, move and so on. The total shelve depth cling to the wall area can be designed up to 7 pallet depths, while the total shelve depth in the middle area is usually within 9 pallet depths. The efficiency and reliability of forklift access improved obviously.
