Dynamic Pallet Flow Racking System for Industrial Warehouse High-Density Storage
Pallet flow racking, or "dynamic pallet storage", is ideal if you use a first-in-first-out goods storage system. With this system, you can save up to 60% of space compared to using conventional pallet racking.
The pallet flow system offers a dynamic storage solution with integrated conveyor modules to accommodate most types and sizes of pallets. It is ideal for the beverage industry or as a buffer storage facility for manufacturing.
The pallets move smoothly on full-width or double-track rollers. When the front pallet is removed from the front of the rack, the rear pallet is pulled back. The pallet always moves safely and smoothly thanks to the automatic brake and the combined load guide and end stop.

Benefits of Pallet Flow Racking System:
How does the pallet flow racking system work?
The pallet flow racking system is designed with a slightly inclined track to create a downward tilt. As the pallet is loaded onto the system, it moves by gravity onto the rollers. The system is designed with brakes to control the flow. In a well-designed system, the load moves at a safe and controlled speed and when the load indicator at the front moves forward the load starts to move to any position. In the end, there is a stop ramp to ensure that the pallet is brought to a controlled stop.
When the pallet is removed, it creates a space and the back of the pallet automatically rolls to its position. Depending on the size of the pallet, different types of rollers will be used to ensure load flow, including full-width rollers, polycarbonate wheels, magnum wheel rollers, and skate wheel rollers. An automatic braking system is used to control the speed of movement, ensuring that the pallet movement system is always safe.
