All our batch production is randomly sampled before, during and after production. Raw material is assessed by our steel tensile machine to make sure it meets the standards required before any purchasing and production takes place. During production each operator is responsible for checking the previous operators work ensuring that each piece they work on is to standard. In addition to these checks we have over 10 full-time QA inspectors who randomly check work during production and at the end of production prior to container loading.

Ironstone has gained professional steel storage rack testing certifications at MONASH university for AS4084-2012 test standard as well as R-Mark certification test at SEIZMIC INC in US.
